Club members and SSV residents can book individual court and ball machine reservations by using this link to the SSV Court Reservation. It is suggested that you make a bookmark for easy access. There is also a flyer on the East and West bulletin boards with a QR code for access while at the courts.

The following are help tips for how to use the new SSV Court Reservation system
The following are help tips for how to use the new SSV Court Reservation system
General Reservation Rules:
For Courts - One reservation in a 7 day period.
For Ball Machines - Cannot reserve more than one machine at the same time.
Reservation is 90 minutes for Courts and 60 minutes for Ball Machines.
Reservation time will be reduced to avoid overlapping other reservations.
Reservations cannot exceed the end of the day
Cannot make a reservation less than 1 hour before the reservation start time.
Cannot cancel a reservation within two hours of the reservation start time.
Can only cancel a reservation you made.
Viewing Court Reservations
On opening, the court reservations for the current date are shown.
Reservations for 7 rolling days are available for view. To view a different day, hover over "Select Day". This will display a dropdown menu for the viewable days. Click on the desired day to view.
Viewing Ball Machine Reservations
On opening, the court reservations for the current date are shown.
To view ball machines reservations, hover over Resource. This will display a dropdown menu with choices of Court or Ball Machine. Click on Ball Machine. To switch back to courts, click on Court.

Login/Register for the first time
You must register before you can make reservations.
Click on Login.
Click on Click Here to Register. Enter your registration information (passwords are case sensitive). Make sure to keep track of your PIN - in case you forget your password, you can retrieve it with your PIN.
Click on the Register button.
Make a reservation
You must be logged in to make a reservation.
Select the day you want to make a reservation on.
Click on the intersection of the start time and court to reserve.
A confirmation message will be displayed, click on Yes.
Cancel a reservation
You must be logged in to cancel a reservation.
Find your reservation you wish to cancel and click on it.
A confirmation message will be displayed, click on Yes.
Make changes to your registration information
Login.
Click on Update Profile. Make the needed changes. Click on Save.
Courts/ball machines and times are reserved on a first come/first served basis. If multiple reservation requests are made at the same time for the same resource and time, only one will be successful and the others will see a message that the resource has already been reserved.

Every effort has been made to ensure its operability, however, there may be unforeseen occasions were reservations are not made either due to an outage of the server the system runs on or an internal programming error.
